I am part of the Executive Committee of the Eastside Neighborhood Association, and we have had several neighbors report difficulties with trash at 707 S. Clifton Ave. This week there is trash and recycling left by the curb, with the tenants evidently out of town. Larry Williams called into Elizabeth Walter at the Mayor's office to complain about the property at 612 N. Monroe being over run with cats (around 10) and trash. He owns four neighboring properties: 623, 631, 635, 639 N. Monroe. He filed a uReport about this himself over a month ago and said there hasn't been any progress on the matter. I filed this for Animal Control but HAND and Public Works may be interested as well since there is an abundance of trash as well.
On Jan. 25th 2017 Aaron Shafer threw out 4 bags of trash and then again in March 2017. We were notified that he continued to dispose of his trash at our location. (3 pieces of mail)
