The ice in front of the old Which-Which / new Raising Kane's is very dangerous. It could use some more salt for sure, part of the sidewalk in front of Chipotle too. It has had little to no tending to.

Wind occasionally blows trash off site to other properties. In general, trash compliance is not being enforced in this neighborhood.
the curb cut at the northeast corner of College and 6th street is icy and dangerous. I slipped on the ice and nearly fell. It should be addressed since it's supposed to be accessible.
