Rental house (too many renters) across the street from us facing Sare Road (right by Spicewood II sign) has a large sectional that has been sitting in driveway for a month. This is a nice neighborhood not accustomed to seeing debris sitting in driveways. There is also a large box truck that is continually parked on the grass. This is what happens when rentals are not inspected….the decks are falling off & the gutters are drooping…totally unacceptable. Thank you for checking on this situation. Please get back to me. The cars are driving on one side of the road to avoid the tree scratching the cars. It’s dangerous when a car is coming from the other end. It’s been like this for months .

There is a bag of trash in the middle of the alley behind this property.

A tremendous amount of trash has been piling up in front of the apartments at 507 S Lincoln St for many weeks. The entire Lincoln & 2nd intersection has smelled like rotting garbage for a while now, with no end in sight.
