WILD BIRDS HAVE ENTERED EXHAUST VENTING AND ATTACKING HOUSE DAILY! RIPPING ANIMALS APART IN THIS VENT AND CAUSING DISEASE AND HORRIFIC ANIMAL SCREAMING EVERY MORNING WE CAN NOT TAKE IT ANYMORE AND SHALL REPORT THIS TO THE GENERAL ATTORNEYS OFFICE IF NOT REMEDIATED. I live in a basement apartment at The Quarry apartments, and there is a recurring rat problem that has not been resolved by my property owner/management. Rats have been actively present in the window well outside my basement window. This is not the first time this issue has occurred — last year, rats managed to enter my apartment, and I had to purchase my own sticky pads to catch them. At that time, the property management was notified, but no permanent solution was put in place to prevent recurrence. This year, the problem has returned. I submitted a maintenance request several days ago, followed by multiple emails (including a formal escalation) and phone calls. Despite these efforts, the property management has failed to respond or take corrective action. The ongoing presence of rats poses a serious health and safety hazard and directly impacts the habitability of my apartment. Given that this is a repeated issue, and management has been unresponsive, I am requesting HAND to inspect the property and require the landlord to take immediate corrective action, including extermination and sealing of all potential entry points.

Pack rat! The renter at this location has so much clutter in his vehicle, he has hit a car at our house twice. His vehicles are so full of clutter he is unable to see around him. His home is just as full has his vehicles. He is a complete packrat and his stuff is all over the property.
There is quite a bit of trash on the side of the road (both W. 17th St. and Monroe) and inside the fence of the Tri-North Middle School Property. I don't know if the school or the construction company is responsible for picking it up. But it's been there and accumulating for quite some time. Thank you.
The residents at 2700 South Olcott Blvd. put their trash out on Saturday June 26, 2021. Hyde Park trash pickup day is Wednesday.
This commercial truck has been illegally parked at 3954 Fenbrook Ct Bloomington In since Sunday November19, 2023 in violation of the ordiance prohibiting RVs and commercial parking in resident neighborhoods. Several calls to Commercial Services asking them to not park their commercial vehichles in our neiborhood have been ignored. It needs to be noted that they have been doing this since May 2023. First with small compact cars and now their full blown comnercual trucks. Please enforce the ordiance and require this conpqny to stop violating the ordiance and not park their commercial vehicles in our neighborhood.
Rental property pumping water out into alley and street continuously.
We are in parkview apartments at 1700 N Walnut Street. There is no hot water since about 10 days. There is no heating since a week. And from two days, there is not even water. We called and contacted the property management many times, and each they say that the issue will fixed within a day or two. They have broken boilers as shown in the pictures and they are not putting appropriate effort to fix them, or even better, replace them with new ones since they are very old. Yesterday they tried to fix them and all apartments in the building ended up with no water at all. We need immediate action from your side to get the management working on these issues. The apartments are managed by varsity properties in Bloomington Indiana
