Reported the islands at the corner of E Dixie and S Lincoln are overgrown with weeds and Line of Sight issue
Two manhole covers on Sassafras Hill Apartment complex (managed by Hunter Bloomington Properties) have been damaged for over 6 months. As you can see, the damage is quite severe. Rather than fix the issue, HBP has relied on traffic cones/barrels to block traffic from riding over the defective manholes.
They have trash piled up blocking the sidewalk. The bags have needles in them so nobody should touch them.
Trash cans left in the street well after garbage day pick up. This is a recurring problem at this address
Ceiling caving in. Mold. Homeless people breaking into vacant and rented apartments. Graffiti. MOLD. ROACHES.
Lack of pruning, or care, of flora on property. Ground cover, invasive plants, weeds, vines, grow onto public sidewalk area, and onto surrounding private properties, along the property lines.
trash not in receptacle, lots of trash left in bags, not picked up by Sanitation, animals get into it, scatters in neighborhood
