has had yard waste out for three weeks in the city leaf bags. the bags require a green yard waste sticker through october when we begin taking them for free again. resident has received three notices requesting stickers be attached. not complying.

trash is piled up in the backyard. has been piling up for a month. neighbor has phoned in to complain before, per neighbor.
