Caller said the grass is about 2 1/2' to 3' tall. The trees are overgrown to where you cannot see the house clearly. Caller said this looks to be vacant and believes homesless people are crashing here.
Third time that resident has been written up in since 6-12-12
Resident has been written up for numerous trash violations in 2012. 6/25/2012--Cans severely overloaded with bags on top of cans as well. Trash crew removed 10 too heavy bags from tops of cans (that had stickers on them) but left behind the still too heavy and overloaded trash cans.
Third time that residence has been written up for trash violation since 4-23-12
