Trees growing over the street. It's been going on for years and wants to know why it is allowed. Is also concerned about the safety of children in area because of the trees.

Yard totally overgrown. Unable to see to pull out of 15th on to Madison. Doesn't understand why something isn't being done.
Corner of 15th and Jackson - Can't see to pull out because of large shrub or tree.

Yard at the Chi Phi house has trash all over.
House is vacant. Weeds are growing up at the street.
barnyard like overgrowth
Trash and recycle containers setting at the curb since last trash day. Tenants set out the recycle on the wrong week.
Trash, furniture, appliances in the back yard left from previous tenants. You can see it from the alley.
The citizen at 416 W. 11th Street uses the parking lot behind his building. His access is a East/West alley off of Rogers Street. There is an evergreen tree that blocks the line of sight for those pulling out of this alley trying to go South on Rogers Street. You have to pull partially into the northbound lane on Rogers to see around the tree. The tree also impedes pedestrian traffic along the sidewalk. The tree is behind the sidewalk. Refered by Lee Huss
