Trash scattered all over complex. Dumpsters are full, broken furniture dumped. Someone from bldg. 3811 is throwing trash out the back over the railings.

Garbage cans blocking sidewalk on University. Additional garbage sitting out on driveway, not in cans.

Since early this month, new residents at 103 E. 16th have not properly disposed of their trash. Sanitation crews don't pick up garbage bags outside containers. After yesterday's pickup, 3 bags were left on the sidewalk, and during today's storm trash and garbage were strewn all over 16th St. in front of my home. The residents should be educated about proper trash disposal. They seem to need larger containers.
