Complex not empting trash bin. Caller stated that should be emptied every Wen. and Staurday. Caller stated that the trash is over flowing and snells very bad.
over grown weeds that are also in the alley blocking the intersection.
Tenant has accumulateditems filling the unit causing a fire hazard. John Sch inspection for 06/20/2005 @ 10:30 a.m.
Trash at this complex is not being picked up. Caller stated that landlord tells them it is picked up twice a week, but it has not been in a long time. caller stated that there is enough trash to fill up 2 dumpsters, the trash is scatered and bugs are everywhere.
citizen called in to report that for the past 5 weeks there has been a large pile of brush in front of a house located around 808 S. Whitley Dr. Called stated that it is halfway in the road.
Tree debris on the curb.
Citizen called into to state that on W. 12th Street (didn't know the exact address) that there is a garage that is white with red shutters that is an eyesore to the neighborhood and appears to be unsafe especially the roof.
Emily left a message on voice mail that states that there is a dumpster behind the Salvation Army is overflowing and the trash has not been collected in awhile.
There are several bags of trash in the 1500 block of North Woodburn that are not tagged and have been sitting there for a couple of days. The citizen is concerned that animals will get into the bags.
