Adding a photo to the report I made yesterday, #183806. I've knocked on the door a couple times to connect with my new neighbors (house bought this past fall) before making this report but there is never anyone home.

Front grass has not been touched -- it is 2 ft high and growing. It is awful 1528 S. Andrew Cir is the location
Resident’s lawn is overgrown well beyond a foot tall
The owner of this renter occupied building (Tariq Khan) and/or the tenants have not taken their garbage out to the curb for pickup in three weeks. Also, this home has rain gutters and downspouts that go directly into the ground or into areas between the home and neighboring houses - which is causing water damage to the neighboring houses.
