To whom it may concern: I need a wheel on my recycling cart repaired. I have called 812-349-3443 three times during office hours and got a message that no one is there to answer my call. I have had this done before and it was done well and expeditiously, I appreciate your help. When done inn the past, I was asked to leave the cart at my curbside on a particular day. The owner of this building has, for more than a year, failed to maintain this building in a sanitary condition. When we had high winds on March 15, 2026, I discovered materials blown into my lawn that contained what looked to have asbestos in it. The property owner has also left his property to accumulate mold and an obscene amount of trash and fails to do basic upkeep without me filing reports with the City. At some points I believe I’ve seen rodents on the property. This is beyond just annoying and ugly; it’s actually hazardous to our neighbors’ health.

We have had 8 bats in our house by now since the start of the year. 6 of them have been this semester alone. We are getting bats flying around inside our house weekly. We are renting through Chickering rentals and they have yet to solve the problem and it’s becoming a health hazard. We don’t know what to do at this point but we would like to get this reported to the city.

These are our neighbors and this has been an ongoing problem since August 2025 since they have moved in. There is always trash around their property but it’s an even bigger problem now because their trash is so excessive it is blowing on to the streets and on our front lawn, backyard, and driveway. I am having to pick up a few pieces of their trash every single day. On the days they take their trash bins to the front on Sunday for trash day, they leave their bin out on the sidewalk and don’t take it back in for 5+ days every single time. They have boxes of trash that have been sitting on the sidewalk for 2 weeks now. I have tried to tell them kindly to pick up their trash but they just ignore me. I have more pictures if you need them.

A TV and broken door have been laying by the mailbox in front o the house for quite some time. The mailbox is also broken. This is a Jeff Jones rental property. I think it had a warning but no one lives there. Pendragon needs notified. We are so tired of dealing with Jeff Jones.

This Jeff Jones rental property has bagged trash piled along the garage door by the full trash cans. There is also trash in the front yard (cans, soda bottles) and strewn around the front walkway and drive way. There is lumber by the front mail box that has been there for weeks. Please notify Pendragon of the violation as well as the renter. Thank you.
