Excessive clutter and vehicles in yard
In the location of the pin above, I found where someone had dumped around a gallon of motor oil into the ditch. I used paper towels and toilet paper to clean up most of it, but a little remains. I figured you may want to look and didnt know whether you keep track of these things. Thank you.
Shed on property has been built 3.5 feet from the property line instead of required 5 feet. Also lots of grass and weed overgrowth between shed and fence.

this whole area along walnut where community dealrship and jeep and kia, are the curbs and street are filled with grass and debris. who ever mows this does it on sat afternoon and sundays. they always fill the street with grass. it clogs up the sewer drains and looks awafull. i talked to someone at the dealership a couple of times. i told them they need to talk to the mowing guy. but they never do anything. thx hope it can get cleaned up, and find out whos doing the mowing and teel them not to do this.
Our street, North Fritz Drive, is receiving a significant amount of drive-through traffic of people trying to skip the busy traffic light at the Bypass. Myself, my wife and my 16 year old daughter have all been in multiple very close calls recently from drivers going between 35 and 45 miles per hour on a neighborhood street where the speed limit should be no more than 20 mph. We strongly suggest that speed bumps be placed on Fritz Drive asap. It is clear many drivers coming West on the Bypass are going North on Dunn St, into Matlock Heights, then flying down Fritz Drive to get to North Walnut. Please don't hesitate to contact myself, C. I sent this to the info email address as well, but I noticed an open electric box at the Rock Creek Dr. and Childs Ct. intersection in Sycamore Knolls this morning. This is a heavily trafficked route for children headed to school and seems like a safety issue.
