Follow-up on Report #185258 – Assistance needed, please forward to Ms. Elizabeth Carter. Dear Ms. Carter, Thank you for your prompt response to case #185258. We seek your continued guidance regarding the issue outlined in the initial message. The eroded drainage-way section lies outside our rental property's limits. After discussions with all relevant property owners (1912 E Wexley Rd, 1920 E Wexley Rd and 3020 Stratford Dr), we've concluded that this affected section of the drainage-way, causing flooding, might not be on our properties. This is reinforced by utility bollards adjacent to the eroded zone, demarcated by an extra fence. Suspicions arise from recently installed storm drain pipes on E Wexley, which appear to now funnel excessive water into this drainage-way, exacerbating erosion on both sides and ultimately flooding our properties. We kindly request the City of Bloomington's experts to determine ownership of the eroded section accurately and provide expert advice, ideally from an engineer, on addressing the heightened drainage flow, which is beyond our control. Not sure this is city or homeowner issue. Pooling water in ROW. This is the downhill side of a driveway and instead of draining it fills up after each rain, since the roadside gutter has been filled in. There are other examples of this in Green Acres. Reporting it in case something can be done.

Similar to issue #187906. Under-driveway pipe is essentially prevented from draining. It is on the 5th Street side in the back yard of the stated address.

Bryan Park neighborhood: excessive growth throughout the neighborhood, especially at the following locations: SW part of the intersection of Dixie and S Palmer Ave (bush growing into the road); S Palmer Ave between Dixie and E. Allen St.; north side of E. Allen St, just east of intersection with S. Lincoln; north side of Dixie St. between S. Grant St. and S. Lincoln; north side of E. Allen between S. Dunn and S. Palmer Ave.

A sidewalk obstruction exists along W Parish Rd from N Maxine Rd leading to Arlington Elementary School due to overgrowth of vegetation.

Intersection of Ruby and Circle Drive. This is part of the Allen-Covenanter Greenway for cyclists. The other day I was coming from Circle, ready to turn left on Ruby, when I almost hit a cyclist on Ruby, whom I had not seen because of the high grasses in the yard of the Ruby-Circle Drive corner house. Maybe the 2 bushes closest to the intersection could be cut back, for better visibility for motorists coming from Circle Drive.
