The house located at 2231 N. Martha Street is zoned residential single-family (RS), in the Matlock Heights historic district, but it is being used as a fraternity house (Aloha Kappa Lambda), with attendant problems (noise violations, traffic, trash, etc.). This would seem to be a violation of the city’s zoning ordinance.
On the corner of Henderson and Winslow There are these rusted posts sticking up. Looks like a good safety hazard waiting for somebody to impale themselves on. Plus no handrail for somebody who needs one.
Caller states cars are parking in front lawn, and tenants will not buy parking passes.

The curb area in front of Switchyard Brewing Company has no grass-419 North Walnut St. this causes a very muddy mess inside of the business we have a tempted to grow grass with no success
Mr. (or Mrs.) "We Buy Houses" (812-727-4589) , black lettering on white background, clearly is not impressed with your notice of violation. 2 new signs (attached to each other, each facing a different direction) just appeared on a street light pole at the NW corner of Henderson and Hillside.
