Not sure this is city or homeowner issue. Pooling water in ROW. This is the downhill side of a driveway and instead of draining it fills up after each rain, since the roadside gutter has been filled in. There are other examples of this in Green Acres. Reporting it in case something can be done.
Similar to issue #187906. Under-driveway pipe is essentially prevented from draining. It is on the 5th Street side in the back yard of the stated address.
house next to have pool filled in and have mud in street. could a street sweeper clean it?
on college mall road in front of five gys resturant, when who ever mows there always leaves the grass in the road along college mall road. it clogs up the sewer drains there . it tends to flood the sometimes.

On Kingston Drive, across from the Mall entrance where the Bloomington Transit bus stop is, and also across from the Target parking lot (side of the building), near the pedestrian crossing from the Current parking garage to the Target parking lot, there are big stones that have fallen into the road, coming from the slanted side at the foot of the parking garage. It is right at the bend of the road, so, very hard for motorists to see. And what if one comes tumbling down while a car or cyclist is just passing there? There should be a fence to keep the boulders inside or a heavy net over them, in my opinion.
Like a melting iceberg, the driveway at 1600 N Walnut has calved a large section of asphalt, which has slide across most of the bicycle lane, creating a significant hazard.
This is a photo of a storm water drain which has a visible cable present. This is not a request for action, just making you aware
Wet cement draining to storm drain, possibly related to boring work in area.
