I just read an article stating that you are putting coconut powder in the water in Bloomington. I am SUPER allergic to coconut and I know others that are as well. I'd love NOT to have allergy attack just drinking water! I strongly think this should be changed! Please don't affect my health and others.
I visit friends in Bloomington and I'm allergic to coconut! Why would you introduce an allergen to the water. Now I have to pack in all the water I'm going to use during a visit. Terrible decision.

My sister is severely allergic to tree nuts, which includes coconut. She will be visiting during the holidays and I’m concerned about her using our water while here. Little to no water pressure at Southcrest Estates. Can't use water for dishes, showers, or laundry. Southcrest office has been notified since the beginning of February, and nothing has been fixed.
