In front of the house at 521 W. 4th Street, the sidewalk on the south side of 4th Street is very narrowed because the plants are growing over the sidewalk. It would be great if they trimmed back these plants so that the sidewalk is clear.

Deer cross S. Rogers St. daily in one particular location, on the north side of the 2129 S Rogers St property. An increasing number of cars fly down the road all day and lots of people use the sidewalk so its a risk not only to the deer but to motorists and pedestrians. I am requesting a deer crossing sign be installed on both sides of the road. My mom lives at 2219 S Rogers St. and we frequently see deer and their babies nearly get hit (and have been hit). If you face 2129 S Rogers, you will see the area on the far left side of the property where they cross near the trees. Thank you for considering this signage. Sidewalk overgrown downhill from this address
The weeds at this address are taller than people. You can't walk down the sidewalk in the area because its so overgrown. The yard has been overgrown for at least five years now and it appears to be an ongoing issue. The overgrown yard is also creating safety hazards, such as blocking sidewalks, obstructing visibility for drivers, and attracting pests, including rats and raccoons. overgrown yard might be violating. The overgrown yard is affecting the neighborhood's appearance, property values, and quality of life for residents. Neighbors have complained numerous times, but the city doesn't seem to address the issue with this yard.

Page 3 of the Winslow Resurfacing project plan shows that multiple tree stumps along Winslow Road near the intersection of Allendaywere to be removed. The project shows as complete, but these stumps were not removed. Additionally, just East of the stump area the bushes along the fence are so overgrown that it makes it difficult to walk on the sidewalk in this area. Can they be trimmed back to the fence line so the sidewalk can be used? Thank you
