The brush along the sidewalk has encroached so much that I have to step into the street in a few places. I’m sure the adjacent property is owned by the railroad. Can we clean it up and charge them? This area could use attention by Brighten BTown - the weeds are really tall along the curbs, and there have been many car accidents, but no follow up by a street sweeper.
See closed case #184736: in front of Mother Bear's on E Third Street. The metal drain cover on the sidewalk again has fallen in and is a tripping hazard for pedestrians. Maybe it is time to look for a more permanent solution rather than just putting it back in its place.
#183213 Blocked Sidewalk: # 182909 Blocked Sidewalk FROM ONE MONTH AGO NO RESPONSE!!!! Assigned to Michael Stewart MICHAEL STEWART HASN'T RESPONDED TO CASES FOR TWO MONTHS. I have identified a hazard and the city is doing NOTHING about it. Why have this reporting system if our citizen complaints aren’t being answered?

Huge tree down completely blocking sidewalk
I reported a blocked sidewalk on Allen a month ago. The house number is 1000 S. Lincoln, on the corner. It was assigned ticket number 185665. The sidewalk is still blocked, no action has been taken by the homeowner.
The problem is at 1000 S. Lincoln. This is on the corner of Lincoln and Allen. A tree has overgrown, completely blocking the sidewalk on Allen and the alley between Lincoln and Washington.
A dumpster was blocking a handicap parking space and into the sidewalk on Morton NW corner of 6th. I'm incredibly shocked that was approved especially when there has been those making sure the area is accessible downtown. Since there was a "different direction" in engineering maybe someone can keep an eye on that. Thank you so much. :)
