College Mall Road & Eastland Plaza. Citizen states pedestrian can't be seen walking from Plaza across College Mall Road to the Mall. Bushes obstruct view. Also, new sidewalks need to allow cars to drive around the curve not up over it. Pedestrians waiting to cross almost get hit by cars coming up over the curve.
Vegetative overgrowth blocking the sidewalk. Citizen says the property is owned by Joyce Polling. Citizen would like a phone call on the status of his complaint.
John Adams (812.325.0499) called to ask to speak with the mayor directly regarding his frustration with mud all over the road at 11th and Walnut.

Property next door, appears abandoned, door open, becoming an issue with the homeless and wild animals.
