Utilities workers were out doing work last year and the hole they dug to work on utilities was never filled in. She reported the hole last year, but it was not resolved. The hole is in the median between the street and the sidewalk. It appears like it is has started collapsing.

He said that traffic has backed him up for 30+ minutes and had he known this street was under construction, he would not have taken it.
