Hello! This property has excessive growth which is overflowing onto the sidewalk along Eagleson. Additionally visibility is very bad when turning onto Eagleson from University. Drivers cannot see traffic approaching from the north

Big rock at tree plot and alley in front of this property has been knocked into the sidewalk r/o/w. It has been obstructing the sidewalk for over a month
this trash was placed in front of our house but it is NOT ours. we were out of town during the weekend and found this when we returned.
