per Case #206391, it has NOT been resolved; driving over those metal plates even at 5-10mph still poses a moderate risk to any vehicles driving over it. This is not a safe surface to drive over.

Cable hanging down on sidewalk near corner of W. 1st and WylieEuclid. Duke came and said not theirs prob phone or internet cable. Checked with one internet company (Comcast) and 14 day wait. The cable is on the sidewalk and a hazard in many ways. It seems to be possible related to the movement and placement of construction poles during demos and renovations to the East.
Difficult to exit 1405 South Rogers Street parking lot onto S Rogers due to line of site obstruction (bush) on the property 1409 S Rogers Street. Consider requiring trimming bush back to clear line-of-site for exiting parking lot of 1405 S Rogers Street. It is difficult to visualize traffic travelling northbound due to bush/obstructed view. Catherine Pierce (goes by Cathy) called in to complain about her neighbors parking in front of her ADA accessible ramp that is in front of her home (on the Fairview Side). The neighboring area has the Rock Climbing facility and they are often blocking her ramp and she cannot get out. Vegetation growing in and over the sidewalk, especially a tree with branch hanging down. Pedestrians have to walk in the street in front of 705 W Wylie St.
Pulling out of Madison street onto Dodds is incredibly dangerous and hard to see. On the Northwest corner there is a limestone wall with plants that you can't see around without pulling out on to Dodds which is super dangerous since it's a skinny road. I don't think they need to fix the limestone wall or anything but putting a convex safety mirror across dodds on the electrical pole would solve this problem pretty easily. Thanks!
