Large tree that is blocking the signage at the business.
Large tree that is blocking the signage at the business.
Excessive overgrowth of plants in mulch beds. There is no room to walk down the sidewalk making this a hazard for anyone handicap.this has been an ongoing issue and was supposed to be resolved the last time a report was issued.
See case 177221 https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=177221 The resolution here is disappointing. Cyclists need to be able to clear intersections before lights turn red. For reference, my bike weights in at about 30 pounds and is not lightweight.
Please finish the new bike path on S High street quickly. The unfinished section between Wimbleton and Meadowbluff has been a hassle, but its now getting dangerous as children and families have to walk on high street to get around construction. This needs to be resolved immediately.
Hello! The path for students to walk to/from school is not safe. The crossguard cannot help students cross at High and Greenbriar AND navigate around the closed sidewalk. The gravel/dirt path needs to be completed ASAP so students, parents, staff, and other residents can walk safely. My assumption is that path cannot be complete until the electrical lines in front of 2102 High Street are relocated. If this is the case, please let me know who I can contact about relocating the electrical lines so the path can be paved and this project can be wrapped up. We were told the path would be complete by the start of the school year and are becoming increasingly frustrated with the unsafe environment.
Sidewalk on West side of Fairview Street between 8th and 9th Streets partially blocked by vegetation including poison ivy. Street addresses of the adjacent property owners is 703 West 9th Street and 702 West 8th Street. been reporting this for the last two Fridays, but the vegetation itself has been chronic for years. can you tell me yes or no do you think that this will be dealt with? thanks!
There is a recurring problem at this intersection. Drivers heading west on 3rdSt/46 and turning south onto College Mall Rd routinely block the eastbound traffic on 3rd St by blocking the intersection after their turn light turns red. Tonight the intersection was blocked for the eastbound traffics entire green light. The Do Not Block the Intersection signs go unnoticed or unheeded. I’ve contacted the Mayors office before and my complaint was forwarded to someone who couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything to address the problem. I’ve contacted the Police Department who said it wasn’t a priority and they didn’t have the manpower to do anything even if it was a priority. My suggestion is to make the Do Not Block the Intersection signs more noticeable and to shorten the duration of the left turn signal for those turning south onto College Mall Rd from the westbound 3rd St lanes. Thank you.
