Hello. I am the property manager for Tamarron HOA. There is a cross walk to Univeristy Elementary School from Tamarron. We are having issues with speeding vehicles and children crossing the street. At the HOA board meeting tonight it was suggested putting a three way stop sign at the intersection of Callery Drive and Tamarron Drive to at least slow the traffic down. Who do we contact about this? One Board member brought up if there is a stop sign on the north end of Callery Drive and Tamarron Drive, it will re-route cars down the south side of Tamarron so maybe installing two stop signs at each end of Callery Drive and Tamarron Drive. If you are on fenbrook ln on the east side of smith Rd, turning right onto smith, there's overhanging foliage that blocks the view of oncoming traffic coming down the hill on smith to the south.

"Head start" for pedestrians. Use the NYC trick, give walkers a 7 second head start before turning the light green. This intersection, the one on the bypass and 10th, and the Kirkwood Walnut crosswalk are just 3 places drivers ignore pedestrians as they only look at cars so they can make right turns. Please. They're going to run us over. Look at Saturdays NYtimes.

Sidewalk at top of hill just south of animal shelter on S Walnut is fully blocked by overgrown vegetation. Pedestrians have to go off sidewalk and very close to busy traffic to get around it.

Two sinkholes have formed, one at the corner of Claybridge Dr and Sare Rd, the other about 30 ft up the sidewalk on Claybridge, after recent neighborhood groundwork that had been done by the contractor for Bloomington Gigabit Now Fiber project. The sinkholes are a hazard to pedestrians and are in need of repair as soon as possible.

AT&T cut the sidewalk on the corner of Heather and Laurel. I believe the underground work has been completed but no sign of repair. Many older people and some disabled walk there. This is causing a danger.

The city or a utility installed a new sidewalk. There are multiple pieces of rebar sticking straight up about eight inches on each side. The sidewall is marked with two orange construction cones. I presume the workers will be back at some point, but I don’t know when. Halloween brings a lot of foot traffic in this neighborhood, and I think folks may ignore the cones. It would be greatly appreciated if the rebar could be trimmed or otherwise handled before then. Thank you.
