Is this broadband or sidewalk related? Concrete saws at work all over my neighborhood. That cut and some possibly related cracks running from utility covers to the curb are the first since I had my sidewalk replaced in the mid-1990s. For good reason, I assume.

Terra Trace has scraped the parking lot but not any of the sidewalks. Also Dunn and Lincoln are still covered
17th and Walnut. The May Agency and Hallmark Rental have cleared there parking lot and put it on the sidewalk.
100 S. Dunn adjacent to IU parking lot north of Peoples Park. When lot was cleared, snow was pushed onto sidewalk no one can walk through there.
