I am not requesting a sidewalk, only that the city finish a sidewalk project it started a long time ago. Three years ago the city installed a new sidewalk on the south west quadrant of Kinser Pike and the 46/45 Bypass. A black fabric erosion barrier was installed and never removed. This eyesore has been in place since the completion of the project. The State of Indiana is unable to mow this area because of the obstruction. It would be nice if the city would remove this so it can once again be mowed. According to the city this area is part of the "scenic gateway corridor" to Bloomington. I was wondering if there can be a cross walk at this intersection. There is no good place to cross Third Street. I have taken my kids across this road many time and know that there are a lot of other people that cross here too. It would be helpful and create a safe/designated place to cross.

Page 3 of the Winslow Resurfacing project plan shows that multiple tree stumps along Winslow Road near the intersection of Allendaywere to be removed. The project shows as complete, but these stumps were not removed. Additionally, just East of the stump area the bushes along the fence are so overgrown that it makes it difficult to walk on the sidewalk in this area. Can they be trimmed back to the fence line so the sidewalk can be used? Thank you

The brush along the sidewalk has encroached so much that I have to step into the street in a few places. I’m sure the adjacent property is owned by the railroad. Can we clean it up and charge them? This area could use attention by Brighten BTown - the weeds are really tall along the curbs, and there have been many car accidents, but no follow up by a street sweeper.

There's a precarious dropoff (7-8') into the drainage creek just a few feet away (east) from the sidewalk on RCA Park Drive just north of Countryside, and a few yards into Susie Street. A barrier of some sort to provide added safety would be advisable. Thanks!
