Construction and grounds crew here consistently working in the road for the past week or two now with no flagging or traffic control.
The crews/developers building the houses on miller are routinely blocking the streets with no flaggers or signage.
trash in yard, needles strewn about property, continuous problem
Vehicles driving east on Grimes often stop in the middle of the road (rather than in their "lane") at the stop sign at Woodlawn. This makes it impossible to turn onto Grimes from Woodlawn until they have moved on, leading to difficult and unpredictable traffic situations. Would it be possible to put a center line here on Grimes, just for the intersection and the approach to it? To encourage drivers on Grimes to be in their lane when they stop at the intersection.
The courtyard at the 900 block of North Lindbergh drive has always flooded. The situation may have just been exacerbated even after construction is complete unless proper drainage is included before concrete is poured. I also don't really want motorcycles and motor scooters revving up all hours of the day and night outside of my apartment, and hope that this will only be for bicycles and non-motored vehicles. We now have what may become a huge mosquito breeding pool in our front yard.
Fiber optic install hole opened up at NW corner 900 E Grimes Ln & 1200 S Woodlawn St. It's at least 1.5 foot deep.
Previously reported this hole. Took 6 or more weeks for someone to repair. Put asphalt on top which lasted almost 2 weeks before opening up again. 15" hole needs FILLED with dirt/gravel before asphalt
yard overgrown, wildlife living there, especially in back of property
Grass is obstructing the sidewalk on the Woodlawn side of the street. It is a corner house.
Vegetation again obstructing passage on sidewalk on the Woodlawn side. During rush hour, with many walkers forced onto the street, this is dangerous.
