Blocked Street

17st is still shut down. 2 years this road has been shut down. Can anyone please explain why? This is beyond believable.

On Grimes Lane, in the 700 block, between Woodlawn and Henderson, the street is so dirty and full of leaves, other debris, that 3-foot high weeds are growing in the crevice between the curb and sidewalk. It's very unsightly.
A huge sidewalk is being put in on the west side of Sare. It seems like Sare is now too narrow and ripe for traffic accidents.
The Cloverleaf Family Restaurant West Side of Bloomington has an excessive amount of trash and debris outside its back door and dumpster area. Additionally, they have a makeshift smoking area hidden in the bushes in the alley way. This is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed.
I live at the corner of S. Park Avenue and University Street. In the last two months, there have been at least 4 traffic accidents at the corner when someone does not stop. While the police were called for 2 of the accidents, the others did not involve the police (drove off or exchanged information). The police were called when the accidents were significant enough to require towing away one (or both) vehicles. I do not know that a four-way stop is the right solution to reduce this problem, but something should be done.
The huge stone marker describing the history of McDoel is gone. This was funded by a grant from HAND in 1999. It sat on park property. Someone stole it, and it was too heavy for one person to lift.
On E First Street: low hanging branches over the sidewalk. The address of the house, though, is 713 Clifton.
snow not removed, ice forming, harzardous while you're at it, check out rest of 1st st. from 918 west on south side and south side of University St.
Circle K has not yet cleared its sidewalks. Also, adjacent house on Rogers to the south has not cleared its sidewalk. Thanks.
Significant trash on far east side of Clear Creek trail (lot of areas near encampments). I support people being allowed to lawfully camp but the City simply looking the other way in this location is not working. Give a legal right to camp but people are literally living there with substantial encampment items beyond a tent with sanitation and other issues. For now, please cite property owners or have Parks get the trash cleaned up that is sprawling everywhere beyond where the individuals are living. Thank you.
