I live at 2114 E. Rock Creek Drive, During Fiber installation between the street and sidewalk, the machinary that was used lifted my concrete pad making an uneven unsafe surface. This has not been repaired by the installers of the Fiber. Thanks for your attention to this matter and your response.

The developer went bankrupt and you, the city, let the developer's bond expire. So who's responsibility is it? I believe it is the city's. It's been turned over to you. 2nd email, NOTHING has been done in 4 weeks. 3 handicap people in neighborhood and can't walk because people will not trim the tree limbs and bushes. The sidewalk runs parallel to N.Kinser Pike and around the corner to W. Acuff. Ranges from 1102 W. Yellowwood Court , up to 1126 thru 1158 W.Sugarberry Court. THIS NEEDS TO GET DONE.
A large 'Envirosac' filled with waste concrete from a sidewalk repair has been sitting for weeks in the tree plot next to the sidewalk at 535 S. Wash. There is also a lot of gravel and other debris still covering the sidewalk in the repair area. It is a safety hazard, as well as making our neighborhood less attractive.
Overgrowth so severe the sidewalk is unusable for part of this section. The south side of Harmony School, on Second Street, isnt much better.
Tree in the front yard has branches hanging down over the sidewalk. Owner needs to trim the branches.

Hello! This property has excessive growth which is overflowing onto the sidewalk along Eagleson. Additionally visibility is very bad when turning onto Eagleson from University. Drivers cannot see traffic approaching from the north
This property has vegetation overgrowth over the W. 3rd St. side and the Walker side of the property every year this is a problem every year it’s reported does the property owner not have a continued responsibility to maintain these walkways and site lines to the stop sign at Walker and third?
The sidewalk runs parallel to N.Kinser Pike and from 1102 W. Yellowwood Court all the way north to the intersection of Kinser and Acuff, you cannot walk on the sidewalk because of trees and bushes growing over it. Several of my neighbors are older and cannot safely walk out onto the grassy slope to get around the overgrowth. The limbs and branches need to be trimmed.
