A citizen called in and explained that a curb in this area caused damage to their tire and has caused damage to others. She wanted to make sure it was reported. She said it was near the first speed bump on Morningside, right off Smith Road. She's already been informed of how to file a tort claim for the incident.
Excessive tree and bush growth in the back yard has expanded to the street. Cars eastbound must cross over in to the other lane.
There needs to be a pedistrian crossing at the corner of Union and 5th. It is often dangerous to cross there.
Trees/bushes on the side of 5th st make it difficult to see traffic when turning
Brush hanging into road on Yancy cannot get fire truck into building without scraping the truck on the trees.
Everyday multiple cars are blocking the wheelchair ramp to the bus stop on both sides of the ramp the bus turns southbound on to North Illinois and cannot see passengers waiting for the bus over the top of SUVs and other vehicles using street parking. Despite a no parking sign, despite calling City parking, the same cars are parked here literally every day. The next nearest bus stop is uphill and on the other Street.
Full trash cans spreading loose debris around yard and street. Piles up trash bags. Small trash can on porch. Smashed recliner chair sitting in back yard(northside). Just a suggestion, it would be helpful to have a crosswalk from Bloomington HS South from or around the faculty parking lot and or where the busses line up to a side walk. Currently, students are just crossing the street and it’s really unsafe.
