The construction road closure on Rogers from Patterson to Switchyard Park is horrendous. Someone needs to go help the people setting it up. Heading north on Rogers from Rockport, there's no road closure sign, just road construction, one lane road, and flagger signs. Then at 1pm on 10/7/2025 I got to a one lane road with no flagger. Oncoming traffic in my lane. Then at Rogers and Patterson, the entire lane of southbound Rogers is blocked by a road closed sign and people needing local access are driving into northbound lanes of traffic to go south. And North of Patterson on Rogers the south bound lane is 50-75% blocked by a road closed sign before you even get to the fully open interesting so people are forced to cross left of the center double yellow line into oncoming traffic. This is very dangerous in every way. Go check it out. The contractor clearly is not going a good job at all.

Just east of the intersection cars r blocking thru traffic. The corner and roads have been closed due to building construction but the road looks passable. This intersection has been horrible in general.Because people park on the street, on all sides and it's difficult to move through even before the construction started. No, parking signs need to go up and need to be enforced if this is going to be an open street.

The easement behind our homes is blocked. We are requesting that access be cleared so that homeowners have clear access at all times. Most of the homes on Rogers and Milton would like to park and access their properties from the Access.

We are the landlord of this commercial building and have a shared alley way. There are two white trash bags leaning against our building (left by students across the alley most likely) - trash is strung out of it due to animals and there is some broken glass as well. Can you please take care of cleaning this up??

Please see attached photo. This location is at 10th and Park and has been reported to the IU Grounds Dept. as a tripping hazard. The gray bucket is there to indicate a bus pickup for the Boy Scouts that are in town but the metal and the sandbags are blocking the sidewalk, our crews moved the items off the sidewalk and into the homeowners yard. Hi, There's a couple of large road cuts at the intersection of Lincoln and 6th St. If the city is not planning on filling these any time soon could we at least get the sharp edges softened? Sometimes I've seen this done and it makes road cuts much easier to drive over without damaging your tires. Thanks, Vickie Nelson Bloomington
