There's a tree/bush here that needs trimmed, it's over the sidewalk where you can't use the sidewalk

Just at the west end of the railing on the new sidewalk on W 14th street, there are two of those large, orange barrels you might see at a construction site. They've been there for a week or two at least. Would somebody come and pick them up? Thank you!
