Unit 3351 another trash bag. I have reported this multiple times to property management company and / or City. I demand to see either a written warning or ticket. The owner has covered the entire yard and tree plot with gravel. Subsequently, possibly in response to an inquiry by the City, they have planted some shrubs. The gravel is still covering the entire property, but it is now just dotted with shrubs. Please get them to remove the gravel.

East Morningside Drive. One yard on south side has had limb branch pile out for months if you can request remove. Also further down the sidewalk is impeded by overhanging limbs and would be AWESOME if you can ask they cut them.

Anonymous phone call regarding an overflowing trash cart described as being in or near a parking space on 7th and Morton. Caller does not know who if it is supposed to be there or if was moved to that location by another person.

420 Eastside Drive has been for years and still is a junk yard. There are several vehicles that have not moved in ages, there is trash in the yard (empty soda cans, beverage container). How about City Ordinance 15.16.020 (6): a vehicle that is six or more model years old and mechanically inoperable, and is left on private property continuously in a location visible from public property for more than thirty days. The picture was taken from the Hunter foot path. This yard is far from the pearl of the neighborhood.
