The empty lot at this location has a giant Beech? tree right at the edge of the property that rains leaves, branches, and bark down onto my property (105 E Sunny Slopes Dr). Probably not much can be done about that, but the giant tree is also leaning sharply toward my house! I have no idea how to contact the owner and alert him/her to that accident just waiting to happen. I don't want to lose one end of my house WHEN that tree falls. Please advise... Thank you. There are two potholes on Ballantine and 1st street. It would be great to get them repaired before they get bigger. Also, the street sign on Ballantine and 2nd street is totally covered from a homeowner's tree. It would be easy for someone to just fly through it because they can't see it.

The neighboring house to mine, located at 1122 S. Rogers has been overgrown excessively all Spring and Summer, having not been mown at all this year. I am concerned not only about wildlife taking over but it is also evident that the house is vacant and will attract squatters. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. Doesn't appear the grass is getting mowed alongside E. 3rd in front of the Jewish community center between the street and sidewalk. Can you please request this be mowed? Thank you. Also there is some smattering of trash around there and a bit further east.

Our neighbor Alex Gul located on Roundhill Lane has yet to mow his 7 foot high lawn once the entire year!! (the last time it was mowed was by the city nearly a year ago). Why is it so difficult to get this man to comply with the city laws? Every year it's a new game and the city almost always does absolutely nothing. Perhaps every other year you come out to mow it once. Can you please explain why you do not require this man to obey the laws you wrote and mow his lawn (or why you won't do it for him and bill him should he not comply)?
