Someone in the houses behind the Bloom apartments is constantly burning their trash. It causes a foul odor and makes it hard to breathe. It impossible to enjoy nice days because the smell is so bad. It poisons the air. Can someone find out who is burning their trash and make them stop?
Smells like gas

There is an open fire in a homeless camp in the county land north of RCA Park.

There is an open campfire back in the woods at 39.14547x8655090W. It is in a homeless encampment in the woods. It has not rained for weeks. There is dry brush everywhere.
I smell a campfire in the vicinity near the fence on the north boundary of the park.
