On Monday may 6th my daughter Asiajuana and i pulled up to the village pantry on Patterson and West 3rd. My daughter got out the car to go into the gasstation, when 2 girls started yelling profanity at her. She proceeded to get back into the car to let me know that these were the girls that had a problem with my God daughter Porchanae Reedy. So i get out the car in hopes to defuse the situation asking them can we talk. They said come come over here as we were walking over they still proceeded to curse etc... So i asked what problem did they have with my daughter because she had nothing to do with the on going problem. Things got heated. My daughter and the girl name Ashely Reynolds got in each others face and she hit my daughter. Ashley's sister Brook decided to jump in so then i jumped in trying to protect my daughter. After that my mind went blank i just felt punches to my face and body, i looked over and my daughter was being dragged by her hair while being called a black bitch, i was called a black bitch and the word nigga not nigger. After the fight my breast was hagging out my mouth was busted. I got up off the ground i believe i put my shoes on, i look over and both girls pulled up to my car Brook got out and snatched my purse out of my car, my daughter tried to grab it but she couldnt. A lady that was parked on the side of me called the police during the fight. Police showed up asked what happened took pictures had me my daughter and the lady Pam write statements. After about an hour the police found my purse. I had already canceled my bank card witch was still in my purse but all my cash was gone. Witch in the original police report i reported 900.00 in cash but it actually was only 600.00 in cash and 385.00 on my bank card so i summed it up to 900.00 in total before the purse was returned. My daughter has a black eye, and her skin was ripped from her knee. The police told me that both girls would be arrested. Later that night i found out either girl was arrested the only got citations for court. The next day they repeatedly drove past my home calling us niggers, threatening us taunting us about our cars and beating us up again. I called police and they said its a public street. Im mad im angry and im fed up with the police Dept. This is not the first time that white ppl has gotten away with harming us we were jumped back in 2014 by 12 white supremacist and the case was thrown out of court. I cant let this one go. The Royal Toyota South car lot has a loud speaker that projects its phone ringing for the whole world to hear. I am more than 1,800 feet away from the car lot, through the woods, and can hear the phone ring while in my house listening to music. Between 3:45pm and 4pm today, it rang 12 times. I've read the applicable section of the municipal code, 14.09.030(c)(4). The language that I find applies is, "the sound produced persists . . . intermittently for a period of at least fifteen minutes and can be heard outside of the immediate premises from the location." I have reported this noise violation multiple times with no resolution. Is the solution that I call the police every time the car lot is a nuisance? I do not want to waste the police's limited resources on something that should be easily resolved administratively by the city government (and with technology; can the car lot get a cell phone, a pager, an answering machine, something?). uReport Case #166220 did get referred to the police, who referred the case to city legal in January of 2019. The phone has continued to ring since that time. Can we finally get this issue resolved and bring some peace and quiet to the south side from this incessant noise violation from the car lot? The first house on sunset has vehicles parked on the road that have not moved in a year. This is causing weeds to grow, blocking the gutters/sidewalk.

2 hour parking and handicap parking blocked in north showers lot as well as handicap ramp. No city signs saying that parking and ramp would be unavailable. The ramp is completely blocked by a machine that is not in use. Workers reply was "Oh well"

Delivery truck blocking all accessible spots and ramp in north showers parking lot. Lady in wheelchair unable to park in accessible spots and then once parking somewhere else, unable to use ramp because of truck. Has been there for about 2.5 hours

It is my understanding, that the Bloomington Recruiting officers have had multiple incidents with unauthorized/unethical relationships with High School Students, within the surrounding Indiana school district. There has been issue's coming out of IU Campus, Bedford High School, Bloomington South High school, and Brown County High School. Recruiters are being allowed to enter these High Schools (some through the JAG program) others through recruiting events.and through this events, they are able to nurture unauthorized relationships with the high school students during instructional time. It is my understanding that the teachers and staff were notified of the inappropiate conduct but nothing has been done about. As a parent, it is concerning that we are "forced by law" to send our children to school where these adults are being given repeated access and opportunty to our young girls.
