DOESN'T KNOW IF ITS A SINKHOLE OR SPRING, USED A ROOT FINDER AND WENT DOWN 36" BETWEEN SIDEWALK AND DRIVEWAY - HOLLOW UNDERNEATH (WAS CITY DUMP APPROXIMATELY 50 YEARS AGO).
