Park have trash which has not been picked up, and has been there for days. Ms. Butler has called and complained about the trash days ago.

Mr. Madsen called to express his concern about the efficiency of tax money on the sidewalk sweeper the City just purchased. He believes the City merchants should sweep their own sidewalks, and in the winter should shovel their own walks to better promote people to use the dowtown area. This was just a general complaint to voice his concern.
