Bushes grow out over the side walk, weeds growing around the tree in the tree plot, downspout discharges onto sidewalk creating ice hazard.
Bushes obstructing sidewalk.
There are tree limbs and bushes overhanging the sidewalk causing a "tunnel" effect. The trees and bushes are also blocking a warning sign for the Fire Station plus a traffic regulatory sign.
the houses on the north side of the 400 block of west 4th are looking run down and a mess. the yards look unkept, there is litter in the front and back yards and there is overgrowth on the sidewalk. the sidewalk south of Owens Electric is nothing more than a cow path.
weeds and branches over grow the sidewalk making it impossible for peds to use the sidewalk
the sidewalk next to Owens Electric, on the 4th St. side is in terrible condition. it is dangerous for peds. A wheel chair cannot navigate this sidewalk at all.
The sidewalk in front of this house is in terrible condition. difficult for wheel chair passage
The corner house on 4th and Jackson streets has fireplace logs in the middle of the sidewalk. They have been there now for over a week. Also, the house on Jackson, next door, the owner planted trees in the alley.
After traffic calming device was installed at the corner of 3rd and Rogers, sidewalk had to be realigned. Realigning meant tree had to be dug up and the lawn in this area was never fixed. See letter
