SEWER ODOR IN OFFICE
Mr. Young came into the office to report that the residents at this address have let the trash go for at least 3 months or so and it isn't getting any better. It has accumulated in that time and is looking bad.
FYI Faxed/ddh/ Martin, please call into the office about this one. Other/Trash/recycling: She wanted to make sure that we knew that her trash/recycling are out by the curbside - just in case we were already through this area. Martin called back - this area will not start getting pickup until 2/18/02. She had 20 bags - Martin took these but left a notice.
Citizen stated that there is a line of sight problem at the intersection of W. Dodds Street & Morton Street. There is weeds, etc.. that is overgrown on the stop sign post as well as the light pole. There is also weeds/brush that is overgrown near the railroad tracks. It is very difficult to see coming off of Morton Street turning onto Dodds Street.
Dr. Smith's office called and said the trash in the alley behind his office is bad -- large items such as mattresses are being dumped by the tenants in the apts.
Between 2903 & 3003 Browncliff Ln. the bushes are growing into the street causing problems. A citizen called the office about this.
This lot is overgrown with weeds/shrubs/flowers. The weeds are obstructing a "No Parking" sign in front of the house and are starting to climb up the post of the stop sign at 6th & Elm. The weeds are over the sidewalk on 6th Street causing people to have to walk in the street. There are 2 junk cars parked in the sideyard on Elm Street.
