After traffic calming device was installed at the corner of 3rd and Rogers, sidewalk had to be realigned. Realigning meant tree had to be dug up and the lawn in this area was never fixed. See letter
TV was on sidewalk for some time. Now is broken and there is glass on sidewalk.

sidewalk torn up in the 300 block, in front of Taco Bell (think by gas company) and was never repaired. Has been out for awhile and is a hazard to pedestrians (Carol I also think they did not repair the sidewalk next to Alice's house on Morton and 10th. You may want to address both of these walks with them)
The sidewalks in front of Taco Bell are covered with snow.
Taco Bell plowed their parking lot and dumped all the snow onto the sidewalks surrounding their building. People are walking in the streets.
Taco Bell never clears the snow and ice from the sidewalks.
