Citizen states that the trash cans are left on the sidewalk all of the time and that trash is often scattered.

AT THE CORNER OF S. MADISON AND W. HILLSIDE DR. THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH PONDING AFTER IT RAINS. THE PROBLEM SEEMS TO HAVE GOTTEN WORSE SINCE THE NEW SIDEWALK WAS PUT IN AT THAT INTERSECTION. IS ALSO CONCERNED ABOUT THE PARKING AT THAT INTERSECTION ON MADISON. BEFORE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SIDEWALK, MADISON WAS NO PARKING IN FRONT OF 1425 MADISON, NOW SOME PARKING IS ALLOWED. ALSO WOULD LIKE STOP SIGNS WHERE HILLSIDE INTERSECTS MADISON.
The northwest corner of this intersection has shrubs that are too high and too close to the sidewalk. South bound traffic on Hawthorne cannot see to the west to enter into the intersection safely.
Cooler; 5-gal buckets; junk on the sidewalk. Water accumulating in the cooler and buckets drawing mosquitos. lots of junk just everywhere
Open grate for storm sewer, it is sinking 3 to 4 feet below sidewalk level.
Large dead evergreen tree full of vines falling into sidewalk from commercial property at or near 109 E. Allen which faces Mrs. Geiger's front yard. (John Hewett will drive by and check 7/18/00).
The tenants at 612 S. Park leave their trash cans out on the sidewalk longer than allowed by ordinance. Also, there is trash/debris in the alleyway and in the yard of 606 S. Park Avenue. The caller thought that the landlord should be notified of the tenant's behavior.
Resident has not removed snow and ice from the sidewalk.
