one of the crew saw the yard waste was missed and radioed the office we radioed the proper crew and they picked it up
had 20 bags out. says crew missed. crew says they didn't miss. called here; did not like response so called mayor's office. did courtesy pick up on 10/18.

Customer wrote to complain about personnel in Cust. Rel. office and about delinquent bill for a former tenant at 605 N. Fairview (Beatrice Brinkley).
Received letter from Ms. Moran to complain about bill of $126.16. She feels that this it too high and sent check for $40.00 in payment. Check was given to Cust. Rel. to post as partial payment.
Mr. Strats called the Mayor's Office at approximately 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 1997 to express concern over his water being turned off. He had originally received a notice that his water bill was late, then showed proof of payment to Utilities. After doing so, Utilities informed him that he would be taken off the list, but his water at the Uptown Cafe (his business) water still turned off.
