Details: The residents In the Elias Abel house at 317 N. Fairview St. leaves their garbage and recycling bins on the sidewalk permanently. They impede walking and are unsightly. This is a recurring problem.

903 E. Second my complaint when the gravel was deposited last spring is that some of the gravel spilled over onto the sidewalk.That gravel is still there and presents a slippery hazard for running children (or walking old people). Can you get them to remove the gravel they spilled on the sidewalk (near the alley entrance)?

The property on the S/W corner of Woodlawn and 1st Street has over grown bushes that encroach on to the sidewalk on Woodlawn causing pedestrians to walk in the street. The yard is pretty over grown too.

Anonymous caller wanted to complain about recent work that was done to the sidewalk near Bryan Park on the southwest corner of Henderson. He said the area wasn't cleaned up after the work was finished and there is gravel in the grass, etc.

Two inches of an old parking meter post is protruding through the ground in the grassy area between street and sidewalk on 100 North Lincoln on the west side of the street. This is about 30 to 40 feet from the intersection of Kirkwood and Lincoln. This post needs to be removed.

Sidewalk on the eastside of South Washington in the 500 block is dangerous. It has a deep dip that cannot be seen at night. It is also badly cracked

In the Tree plot on 4th Street at 4th & Grant. NS side of street, hole is 8" long, 4" deep, and 3 to 4 inches wide. It is 9 sections of sidewalk west of Grant, just before the 1st new parking meter.
