As a long-time rental tenant at 612 N. Lincoln St., I and the neighbor with whom I share this property have been cited at least twice in the past for garbage/public cleanliness violations. Having come home last night from a weekend out of town, I was shocked to see two enormous bags of trash from my neighbors at 610 N. Lincoln St. strewn across the sidewalk in front of my house and down the alley in between our houses. Upon returning home from a long day of work just a moment ago, I have to express my disgust that nothing's been done about it. For a department that is apparently very diligent, it surprises me that this would go unnoticed and uncited. Please send someone to investigate my complaint and cite them, as you have me. I wanted to propose the addition of a pedestrian crosswalk at the intersection of N Fess Ave and E 10th St. I live in Collins, and when walking between Hillcrest and the general courtyard buildings there are no immediate crosswalks in the area. The addition of white lines, particularly on the west end of this intersection (where there is already a metal grate where the sidewalk meets the road) would be very helpful for residents of Collins and would make the area safer for pedestrians trying to cross the street.

Bird scooter blocking sidewalk. These 2 have been there for 2 days now. We have a nearly blind lady in our neighborhood. Can you imagine what happens if she walks her dog and does not realize that these 2 monsters are in her path! 1807 E Second Drive
