Walkway that runs west off of the end of Homestead Drive onto IU health office property. There is a drainage cover just off thenorth of the middle of the walkway, and it is regularly completely covered up, which causes flooding of the entire area, including into the IU health parking lot as well as the east end property owner of Homestead Drive. Can someone look into why this is constantly blocked as well as cleaning up the sidewalk which is currently completely covered with debris.

There is a big piece of steel rebar sticking out of the sidewalk near the eastern entrance to 2427 E 2nd Street. It's become a safety issue for cars and pedestrian as many kids walk through there to get to the elementary school. Unsure if since it's an IU office if it's IU property? Thank you for investigating and potentially resolving.

An area of new sod immediately adjacent to the sidewalk and between the sidewalk and street has collapsed (in some places to a depth of 9 inches) in such a way that it is unsafe for bicyclists or pedestrians who may veer off the sidewalk even very briefly. We believe this sod was laid after the ground was dug for installation of the fiber cable for Gigabit Now. We (University Baptist Church) are not certain of the best agency to contact about the problem, and we are hoping that you will either take care of it or direct us to the correct people to contact. On the south east corner of E Allen St and S Washington St (E Allen St side) there is a metal sign post within the sidewalk that has been broken off at the base and it's a safety hazard.

We've been waiting almost 10 years for you to replace the "Claybridge Dr." street sign on the SW corner of Claybridge Dr. and Canada Dr. The street post has been empty for ages.

I wrote you 4/13/21 case number 175422 and have received no action or contact since. I have written in about this 2 other times over a year. See below. There are end constructions signs all over the area from a project that was completed a year ago. I see them at the entrance to Winlsow Farm Drive, and at apartment houses on Henderson St and other locations. Some one has dropped the ball for a year. Please get the signs removed, they are unsightly. At this point if there is not actions soon, I'll resort to contacting the Mayors office and the newspaper. For the life of me I cant understand that there was not a schedule to pick up the signs.

Recently there were workers that were putting some kind of wires underground. Now we have several street lights out. Three of them are ours but one is a city light post by the city bus line sign. I'm not sure if this was caused by the workers.

Someone must have hit and run the street sign at the intersection of Queens Way and Sussex. The street signs above the stop sign are hanging loosely and the upright post has a slight lean. It would be nice to at least have the street signs re-mounted. Thank You!

There is a Detour sign across from Griffin Realty pointing north on College Ave. College Ave is one-way street going south. I have kept a spreadsheet of cars going the wrong way for several years. The number has increased tremendously during the month of August 2024. January - July 2024 I witnessed 18 vehicles driving the wrong way. In August there have been 25 vehicles driving the wrong way. I'm only at the office Monday-Friday from about 11:00 am to about 5:00 pm - so there are probably many more. It seems to me that something should be done about this. Thanks, Rachel LaGrange
