I hate to put complain about snow removal, but for some reason when they came down Cambridge they piled a whole load of snow over the storm drain and since everything is melting so quickly it's important to have these cleared. I've cleared the others but this is just too much snow for me to clear. Thank you!
I'm confused. When I go to U Repor for a Sidewalk and Curb problem it shows that case #180502 has been Closed:Resolved even though the sunken curb hasn't been repaired, and Mr. Axsom says that I'm still on the list?
This sidewalk has been broken for FOR OVER 2 YEARS! And it has been reported before. It's been broken for so long you can see the damage on the satellite image you're using lmao. Pretty bad. Not just is the corner broken up into large chunks but going down the sidewalk east on 17th, the sidewalk has been worn down for years as well with no repair. One is walking on sharp pebbles instead of smooth sidewalk. Not sure what it takes for you all to actually give a shit and do something about it. But, y'know, it would be pretty cool if you did.
Is there any talks among city staff about this block on 4th street? Sidewalk on the south side has many spots of being un level due to tree roots while also missing bricks. The road really needs to be paved and have parking line painted in road so cars aren’t double parking at meters. Curbs need to be painted. Do I need to continue? The sidewalk in front of 705 W. 13th street has a big trip hazard from recent work that has been done. Please fix this. Thank you.
See issue #182770. They just ripped down the citation and left the trash bin on the sidewalk and the bags full of garbage littering the yard. What good is a citation if there is no way to follow up with a fine? These are students who will likely be moving out in a couple months.
Trash cans are left in the sidewalk all week making it difficult for those in wheel chairs to make it up the sidewalk.
The Side walk on the west side of the street is over grown with weeds making it difficult to walk on the sidewalk.
Trash has now been accumulating on the porch for three weeks without being put out for removal. Carts overflowing, plus a big box. Food and other waste, and blowing into nearby yards. One block away I saw a dead rat on sidewalk; don’t want them in this block.
