A citizen stated that a commerical property next to 122 E. 6th Street piled trash up next to the sidewalk prior to moving out.
RENTAL PROPERTY: CARS PARKED ON THE SIDEWALK; THERE IS ALSO A PARKING LOT PROVIDED FOR TENANTS BUT THEY TAKE UP SPACE PARKING ON THE STREET; NEWSPAPERS ON THE ROOF; BOTTLES IN FRONT YARD; FURNITURE OUT FRONT; BROKEN BOTTLES ON THE WALK; TRASH AND JUNK. WHAT ABOUT NEIGHBORHOOD PARKING PERMITS?
M. Symmonds emailed the City through the E-Government Web Site regarding a Jeep that is parked on the sidewalk, therefore, blocking the sidewalk on North Forrest Avenue behind the closed the Beta Theta Pi fraternity house.
States that public sidewalk needs shoveled.
Ms. Arnholter called to report 202, 208 and 216 N. Lincoln as ongoing problems for not removing snow from the side walk in a timley manor.
She advises that Burger King has been dumping their parking lot snow on the sidewalk all winter long and this is the current situation. She must travel on the street or across their icy parking lot as the sidewalk is impassable.
WATER COMMING UP BETWEEN THE SIDEWALK
tenants have been driving and parking on the lawn despite repeated warnings not to do so. complaintant is owner of property and is concerned that they have been jumping the curb with the cars and may be damaging the curb/sidewalk as well as the lawn and possibly the neighbors lawn. there are two tenants - upstairs and downstairs and they both have and are continuing to do this.
