Mr. Megnin stated that the cable was installed in October of 1998, and the cable was left lying on the ground. Mr. Megnin stated that he has contacted the cable company several times and the cable is still unburied. Janos Starker called Utilities Dept. and stated that his address was 1241 Winfield Road. The post office shows the address as 1241 S. Windfield Road 47401-6147, and this is what Utilities records now show. A determination should be made as to the correct address.

K-Mart East sidewalk on Clarizz Dr. is full of snow all the time. Complaintant has spoken with K-Mart who told her to call their corp. office in New York that it was up to them. She said this is a continual problem. Call complaintant with info.

Mrs. Cynthia Becker called about mistreatment of juvenile son, age 17, by police officer. She did not elaborate on disapproved conduct, but mentioned that she would have wanted the police to contact her or her husband about son's behavior. Council Office sent complaint form to her.
